Policies

              Your garbage receptacle (can) must be placed out by the road on your scheduled pick up day by 6:30AM to assure pick up for that scheduled day. Trucks are not on a fixed time schedule.    

Residential services include a 95 gallon can (garbage receptacle) and will be emptied once a week per household.

 Collection is limited to household trash only! We cannot accept construction debris, dead animals, hazardous waste, metal or brush. Hazardous Waste such as, paint cans, batteries,   chemicals, ammunition, tires or other items that would be hazardous to the environment 

         Please be mindful when putting items in your garbage receptacle (can) that are too heavy to lift. (such as shingles, dirt or other items that weigh too much) Damage to cans due to pulling or dragging with vehicle or ATV's will not be covered. A Fee for a new can will apply.

  Payments are due on 1st the of the month. Late fees may be applied after the 10th of the month, if arrangement is not made and compiled with. Payments should be made through office, mail or online only (www.trashbilling.com). Please do not leave payments on the can as we cannot be responsible for payments not received in the office.   

Scheduled routes are delayed by one day after the observed holiday Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day only. These are the only two observed holidays that we do not run the routes. For example, if a Christmas Day falls on a Wednesday, and your normal pick up day is Wednesday, your pick-up day will be Thursday during that week. This also applies to bad weather days.

 Please keep us informed of any address or billing changes in order to keep your account current and in good   standing. Note:If you move please contact us so we can collect can. As long as you have our can you will be responsible for monthly fees and applicable charges, until you notify our office in writing or calling  (you may do this through me "Contact" page on our website).
